Retest rules

1. You can take a retest 1 month after your last test/retest.
2. You can not rank down in your retest,only rank up.
3. You can ask your retest at a different tester's office than last time's tester.
4. You can rank up more than 1 rank in your retest.
5. Normal test rules will be applied in the retest.
