Card Maker Of The Week Competition #3:

* You may enter the competition from Monday to Friday, you can only rate Saturday and Sunday.
* It has to be your own work!
* Put your user name on the card somewhere.
* You can only enter one work per week.
* Will use a rating system from 1/10.
* You must rate every entered card (except yours ) if not you will be disqualified.
* Your work have to be recent (1 week old maxim).
* Each Monday will be declared the winner he/she will get 200 Virtual Credits.

This week we have Tuner Monster.

a part of the text was missing when i saved it so here is the normal one: When this monster is normal or special summoned you can special summon a FIEND type monster level 6 or lower from your graveyard. (the rest is the same)

Monster Effect:
You can send 1 Reptile-Type Monster from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned you can Special Summon 1 Reptile-Type Monster with 0 DEF from your Graveyard in Face up Defense position, That Monsters Effect(s) are negated.
