Skill Drain Tournament

ok here is the idea. maybe some of you are (like me) missing old times when yugioh was at its start and we all played with our normal monsters (no effects no nothing )
So the tour idea is this.
its is an 8 or 16 player tournament. each plaayer's can have only 3 effect monsters. all the other monstrers must be normal. banned cards are not allowed. tuners and synchros are all considered effect monsters so they are not allowed. fusion monsters are also considered as effect monsters so they are not allowed. you know its something like old good times when cards like summoned skull used to rock xD thats the idea. i dont think that many will like it but if you do please lets try to make this a tournament

There are such things as normal tuner monsters and normal synchro monsters. They have no effects. Would those be banned as well?
